The store was indulged in various companies’ products
distribution and retailing, the store has shined for their loyalty in serving
the goods to the customers. The store has located in the behind bus stand (hot
spot of the town). It has been serving 200 small and medium retail outlets in
the town.
==History==
The store was co-founded by Rama Moorthy and his brother
Vivekanandan in 1979 as Royal coffee traders in Usilampatti,Tamil Nadu,
India. The two were inspired to sell high-quality coffee beans and equipment by
coffee roasting entrepreneur with new style of roasting beans. During this
time, the company only sold roasted whole bean coffees and did not yet brew
coffee to sell. During their first year of operation, they purchased green
coffee beans from various dealers of Tamil Nadu.The shop has been started with
2 workers. Later on, in the year of 1982 they started the distribution center
for Nestle. The huge improvement in the field of distribution led them to
acquire various companies’ distribution channel in their locality.
In 1992, started distribution of CavinKare’s FMCG goods.
In 2003, started distribution of Tata Global Beverages
goods.
In 2005, started distribution of Sakthi Masala products.
In 2009, started distribution of Surya Lamps.
As rapid growth of the store soon after 2010, the store has
been stabilized due to many competitors and inconvenience of workers. But still
the store has loyalty in treating the customers and sellers.
==Expansion==
In 1985, Royal agency has been started to maintain nestle
products.
The warehouse for Nestle products has been started for
rental in the year of 1988, soon after new construction has been built in 2009
all the products has been shifted there.
==Implementation==
In 2007, Tally,Busy

for nestle has been implemented.
In 2011, SAP for nestle has been removed due various
changes in Nestle companies strategy the store has been changed from company
distributor to re-distributor.
